We are dedicated in providing you with the freshest coffee. With that in mind, we do not offer returns on coffee products, since all coffee is roasted to order. We do offer store credit, however, we ask our customers to send back the coffee products. We will not be able to give store credit on shipping costs or cover the shipping cost of returned coffee products.
